Motel 6-Redlands, Ca

By and large, it was perfect base for sightseeing in Redlands, had much fun and met very efficient staff with great customer service.

I had a bad experience I had to 3 times in one day get my key re-keyed because the rooms are old and I was locked out 3 times in one day and two time son another day. I would not recommend this hotel to my friends and my family lives in Redlands I will be staying somewhre else when I visit again.

Staff was very upbeat and cheery!

I left a 8gb Micro Flash drive and a 2 gb micro flash drive there on the night stand and I assume cleaning stole them...

My father passed away and I was traveling to ca and my brother lives in Redlands. I was traveling with my 3 adult children and 2 granchildre. I booked 2 rooms with double beds and obviously was looking for a good rate. My sons room was alright, my daughters room had not been cleaned, no towels, food on the floor and there was food in the bed. We stayed becuase bya the time the food in one of the beds had been discovered we were all too tired and drained from the day and it was late. We checked out the next morning and went across the street and had a much cleaner and better experieince. Lesson learned, not to pick the cheapest thiking, hey were only sleeping there.

No elevators, slow Internet, old bed linen and carpets, dim lighting

Clean room, friendly staff, I appreciated the convenient location for exploring the area and the 24-hour reception.

Limited storage space for clothing.

Fair service, free breakfast.

Bathrooms were not clean.

Swimming pool - We were a family of 4 and we had the pool to ourselves.

Noise from nearby freeway and busy road. Hotel staff (2 females on separate transactions) were sour.

There was a messy room, no towels or toliet paper and a bullet out side out room. Very cheap though. Not bad AC and.pool was clean.n

Young blond girl working night shift very polite and took care of requests to keep the 3 rooms close together

The only problem was previous damage to front door that prevented someone from entering without playing with the door, the strike was hanging up on the plate room 206.

The women at the check in window was so very RUDE. There was no Hello, how are you, ect...asked for my name, and collected the money then shut the window...I had to knock and ask for an additional pillow, she says there are none available....Absolutely RUDE

The room was extremely spacious and carpeted!

Reasonably priced hotel, all of the stuff where kind and courteous, comfortable location to California. Location: the property was just off Riverside, San Bernardino and Loma Linda medical Center. Dined at Benjarong Thai, it was relatively near the venue. I truly enjoyed the room with wooden floors, the bed was fine.
